Join us for a tasty evening at the local Hopewell Valley Vineyards as resident chef Nikiforos Vaimakis lovingly caters some of his favorite Greek-inspired dishes, sourcing local and fresh ingredients -  many from Blue Moon Acres in Hopewell - and drawing inspiration from both his native country of Greece as well as the farm-to-table movement of the States. 

With every new dish a different wine will be served and presented, that best complements the flavors and palate. This dinner is an opportunity to appreciate local foods, artisan local wines, and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine.

Meals are healthy, without filler ingredients or heavy cooking oils. Everything from scratch! Menu can be tailored for those with vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free diets. (Please communicate directly with the chef if this is the case.)
